Floyd T. "Tom" Kelly, 66 of Bandera, Texas passed away July 3, 2010. He was a Rochester resident for 35 years. Tom retired in 2007 from Rochester Community Corporation and was also director of technology and coached football for 38 years. Tom leaves his wife Barbara and two sons, Corey and wife Sherry of Bandera, Texas and Sean, a Rochester teacher.

He was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery, Indianapolis with full military honors.
